At Huesthere, all products are handcrafted and made with care. Due to the handmade nature of our pieces, we do not offer returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

Eligible Refunds & Replacements

Refunds or replacements are only available if you receive:

• A damaged product, or

• An incorrect product.

Unboxing Video Requirement

To process any claim, an uncut unboxing video showing the sealed package and complete opening process is mandatory. Please share the video, along with your order number and photos of the issue, within 48 hours (2 days) of receiving your order.

Claims submitted without an uncut unboxing video or after 48 hours may not be eligible for review.

Cancellations 

Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, we do not provide cancellations once order payments have been processed. If customers wish to add product changes, we are open to review such requests, subject to availability of materials and timelines.
